We invite you to act on the things you have been reading and to discover the difference that acting makes in your healing.

Below are a list of readings that each have specific questions to ponder and journal about.  After you have completed the readings and the questions, we invite you to try one of the challenges.  Keep track of your progress and then use the link to post back about your experience either on the forum or in the comment section of the related blog post. As you LEARN, ACT and SHARE your experiences you will find growth and healing in the process. Be patient with yourself.  Move forward at the pace that you and your circumstances allow, but try to do a little everyday and you will find relief from the pain of your grief.

Challenge: When you feel like grief and despair are pulling you down, make an active decision to pray. Pour out your heart to God and then listen.  Record in your journal how you feel and how this helps.

3. What is paralyzing you into inaction? How can you use prayer and listening to inspiration to set your fears aside?

Challenge: Choose to see you fears as imagined things about the future. Use prayer and listening to inspiration to set your fears aside.  Choose to act on those impressions.  Record how acting helps you overcome your fears.

4. What fears are holding you back? How might facing them help you heal?

Challenge: What questions have you been fighting? How can you choose to face them head on.  Determine how you can best do this.  Pray for courage and strength and then afterwards record how acting helps you overcome your fears.
