Below are a list of readings that each have specific questions to ponder and journal about.  After you have completed the readings and the questions, we invite you to try one of the challenges.  Keep track of your progress and then use the link to post back about your experience either on the forum or in the comment section of the related blog post. As you LEARN, ACT and SHARE your experiences you will find growth and healing in the process. Be patient with yourself.  Move forward at the pace that you and your circumstances allow, but try to do a little everyday and you will find relief from the pain of your grief.

Challenge: Pray to understand the things you need to change.  Willingly accept and work on those things that you feel prompted to change. Practice humbly accepting correction. Journal about how making those changes helps you.

3.What is in that cart that we are each frantically pushing? What things could you pull out that are not so vital to that final destination? What things could you remove to lighten your load and clear your line of sight so that you can focus on the destination?

Challenge: Examine how you focus your time and how those things are helping or hurting your becoming. Set a goal to make some changes.  Report back on your progress in 3 weeks
